Membership is open for any legal and natural person who accepts the Statutory Regulations and the Policy of the Association and is interested in conformity assessment of products, processes and services.

Organizational structure of the Association comprises:

	The General Assembly as the highest decision making institution;
	The Board elected by the General Assembly as a permanently acting advisory and decision making body;
	The President and the Vice President elected by the Board as executive managers.

There are 54 members in the Association as of end of May 2004 representing various branches of economy, particularly environment monitoring, testing of foodstuff, building materials, electrical and electronic appliances, etc.
